For the First Thyme...: December 2011
http://forthefirstthyme.blogspot.com/2011_12_01_archive.html
For the First Thyme. Friday, December 30, 2011. I have to say that although chocolate and banana in a muffin was a kinda weird combination, I did like these muffins quite a bit. I think next time I make them I'll try it without the cocoa and see if I can make them more like a banana chocolate chip muffin. Medium bananas, mashed. 1/4 cup 2 Tbsp unsweetened apple sauce. 1 1/4 cups white whole wheat flour. 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 3/4 tsp baking soda. 2 large egg whites. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.

http://forthefirstthyme.blogspot.com/2012_11_01_archive.html
For the First Thyme. Thursday, November 22, 2012. I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving! I apologize for neglecting my blog this past semester. I'm not sure when I'll get around to writing more posts. (I'm considering changing and revising the blog a bit so we'll see if I ever get around to it.) Don't worry though, I'm back to cooking again! About two months ago I started cooking a little more again; however, I'm still not doing as much as I use to. It's kinda sad, but I'm just super busy :).

Frankly My Dearest: crazy-beautiful life
http://franklymydearest.blogspot.com/2014/07/crazy-beautiful-life.html
So much has been going on with me since I last posted that really depressing, heavy post. I've gotten even more busy with my summer courses, but I have learned TONS of valuable information to help me when I finally finish my program and become licensed. I have had the chance to visit an A.A. and an Al-anon meeting. Both of which were fantastic experiences. Saturday: I plan to use most of my daylight hours to do some more work on my finals. Then in the late afternoon/evening I'll be heading to New Orl...

Frankly My Dearest: A Case of the Mondays... on Tuesday
http://franklymydearest.blogspot.com/2014/07/a-case-of-mondays-on-tuesday.html
A Case of the Mondays. on Tuesday. CAUTION REAL EMOTIONS AHEAD. I have been doing my whole30 alongside a group of aunts, uncles, and my father. All of us began at different times. My inner diva came out and said "aw hellz nah! Coming to the close of my 30 days, but not until today have I felt that the whole30 was such a burden. I rushed to my em...
