I’d like to tell you I woke up this morning brimming with motivation and eagerness to start this “challenge”, in reality it’s quite hard to find motivation to even brush my hair at 3.50 a.m! Football is my world. I’m addicted to sugar…. June 25, 2015. After a long days work I get the biggest craving for something sweet, anything sweet actually. I think it’s too things; I’m usually tired after work so I eat to “pick me up”, but that only last a couple of hours max, so I eat again to give me that lift. It’s a horrible sickly sweet cycle. For a friend who is battling breast cancer. Since I am always busy but love good food I quickly came with a yummy option: huevos rancheros, avocados and organic tortilla chips.
