Monday, 16 May 2016. 南瓜芝士蛋糕 (Paleo Pumpkin Cheesecake). 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder. 1 tsp Vanilla Powder. Preheat oven to 175C. Mix the ground almond with cinnamon, erythritol, egg and butter and use hands to press into bottom of bake pan. Bake for 10-15 minutes until crust is slightly toasted. In the meantime, mix the pumpkin puree, cream cheese, spices, butter, eggs, vanilla, and erythritol in a blender. When crust has started to toast, remove from oven and pour filling into pan. Sunday, 6 November 2016. 先将高筋面粉和水拌勻至沒有粉粒,然後放入小锅內,用小火煮,不停搅拌至面糊渐变浓稠,有纹路出现即可,离火,待涼备用。 20毫升 油(溶化奶油). 将所有材料放入大碗內拌勻。用保鲜膜包好,放入冰箱静置30分钟。 将面粉,糖,干酵母拌勻,然後加入鸡蛋和牛奶拌勻。 再加入汤种拌勻,逐少加入水拌勻成面团,搓大约10分钟。 加入切成小塊的奶油在面团內,继续搓至面团表面光滑及有弹性,蓋上保鲜膜,静置45分钟,发酵至双倍大。 取出面团,用手轻压排出空氣,分切成14等份,重新滚圆,静置45分钟作第二次发酵。 然後将菠萝外皮面团分成14份,皮蓋在面包面团上,涂蛋液,放入已预热180度烤箱,烤15分钟或至表面金黃色即成。 Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Sunday, 7 February 2016. 团圆蕃薯伊面 (CNY Yee Mee). 干鲍鱼用清水浸泡48小时,中途要不停的换水,泡好后洗净,放入锅中加水焖一晚。 打入鸡蛋,关小火放入鲍鱼和煎好的大虾,最后勾欠,伊面淋上酱汁就可上桌。 团圆芒果糯米糍 (Mango Glutinous Rice Dumplings). 100g 糖 (喜歡少甜的話,糖可以減20-30g). 适量 粘米粉、油 (包糯米糍时防粘手用). 把椰浆、水和糖混合,中火煮至微滚。 沸水,大火蒸20-25mins,包上保鲜纸,放入冰箱降温。 蒸糯米皮的时候,将芒果切好,一个芒果可以分4大块。 将包糯米糍用的粘米粉, 用小火炒5至10分钟 至微微变色有米香。 手涂上少许油,将糯米皮搓至光滑,切成12份。 手沾炒好的少许粘米粉,取一份糯米皮放在手掌上,压成薄皮,放入芒果包好。 把猪肉碎,马蹄,胡萝卜丝,蒜米,葱头,盐和胡椒粉搅拌均匀。 拿大约两汤匙的肉,包入一颗咸蛋黄搓圆,表皮沾少许的葛粉。 团圆蚝豉发菜 (Dried Oysters with Black Moss). Saturday, 21 May 2016. 往年都是在做娘惹粽,今年想挑战咸肉粽,毕竟是从小到大吃惯的,吃起来也会比较亲切。家里只剩下一公斤半的糯米,只能够做11个大大的咸肉粽,和6个裹蒸粽。第一次做的肉粽成功喔!就连阿嬷吃了都大赞好吃! 1kg 糯米, 20粒粟子, 125g 眉豆, 20 朵香菇. 500g 小葱头(去皮,切片). 500g 三层肉(切20块). 三层肉加2小匙糖,3小匙酱油,1小匙五香粉,1小匙胡椒粉拌均匀调味,放入冰箱醃隔夜。 糯米,粟子,眉豆,香菇,洗净浸泡隔夜。 烧热锅,把葱头炸香,盛起备用。 锅中留少许葱头油,加入少许酱油,五香粉,将香菇炒香,盛起备用。 再把少许葱头油加入锅中,加入少许酱油,五香粉,将眉豆兜炒至半熟,盛起备用。 锅中加入少许葱头油,将三层肉再加入1/3炸起的小葱头翻炒至收汁即可,盛起备用。 再把适量葱头油倒入锅中,加入八角炒香。然后加入糯米和调味料(2小匙盐,1汤匙黑酱油,0.5汤匙胡椒粉,3汤匙酱油,1汤匙五香粉)拌炒均匀,盛起备用。 Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Monday, 2 May 2016. 苹果派 (Paleo Apple Pie). 6个 红苹果(去皮,切片或切丁). 3大匙 Big Tree Farms 有机椰糖. 168克 Rainforest Herbs 椰子粉. 15克 Kerrygold奶油(切小丁). 把苹果放入锅中,稍为翻炒后加入糖和肉桂粉继续翻炒,把苹果煮软即可。 把奶油加热溶化,放到微凉,加入鸡蛋搅拌均匀。再加入椰子粉和香草粉拌成面团即可。 把一半的面团压在烤盘上,铺上苹果馅,苹果馅表层加切小丁的奶油,表面加另一半的面团,把苹果馅盖好。 预热烤箱,用175℃烘烤30-45分钟后即可。 Labels: 减肥餐 (Diet Meals).
