J is going to a conference today and isn't coming back for almost a whole week (sadness), and I tend to eat like a bachelor while he's away. So, in an effort NOT to do that this time. Lunches: spinach salads with salmon patties. Bell peppers, cucumbers, carrots and feta. Breakfasts: peanut-butter banana muffins. What do you do with that stuff? I don't really want to throw a lot of it away, but I don't know where to put it. I went out and bought some large plastic bins to put all my large art supplies in, which will be stored in the basement. But the rest of it? Oh, and I'm presenting at a conference on Friday, which I've never done before. Yikes! It's on something I could talk about in my sleep, though, so I think it will be fine. We only have an hour anyway, so it can't be that bad. Will be in Lancaster.
