http://running-nonstop.blogspot.com/2012/04/stepping-it-up.html
Tuesday, April 17, 2012. Found this on pinterest while I was trying to wake up this morning. When I was training for my half marathon last summer, this proved to be very true. I posted it today to tell myself. and you. I fell off of the workout/running train during all the wedding planning. However, I did end up losing weight the week of the wedding. Having an awesome cook of a husband now, we eat GOOD. And lack workouts) and most of the time it wouldn't be meals that. Monday - run 2 miles. Mile 1 - 10:03.

Running Nonstop: Running Buddy!
http://running-nonstop.blogspot.com/2012/04/weather-cooperated-this-morning-so-i.html
Friday, April 20, 2012. The weather cooperated this morning, so I was able to hit the pavement for a run again. Waking up and knowing I was going to have a running partner got me really excited! Everyone, meet Elise! Gotta give props to this girl for carrying on a full conversation and never losing her breath! I was keeping usual pace, but talking always makes running more difficult. I'm not sure if I slowed her down, but I considered it a great run for myself! Mile 1 - 10:03. Mile 2 - 10:19. Paperwork t...

Running Nonstop: Our Rehearsal Dinner
http://running-nonstop.blogspot.com/2012/04/our-rehearsal-dinner.html
Friday, April 6, 2012. The eve of our wedding! This day was the most calm I was the entire week. Just knowing that everything was done. well, everything was gonna happen whether it was done how I wanted or not, and there was nothing I could OR WANTED to do about it. -However I did make the reception playlist at 11PM. Remember the "Proposal Frame"? How cute was it for his aunt to make the YES! My handsome Groom and myself after the big dinner! For the dinner, my in-laws had. And now on to. For the guys...

Running Nonstop: What "Thinking" Can Get Ya...
http://running-nonstop.blogspot.com/2012/04/what-thinking-can-get-ya.html
Thursday, April 19, 2012. What "Thinking" Can Get Ya. Yesterday, the plan was crosstraining. Elliptical and strength training. Well hello gym. we meet again. Have you ever been on a ellipitcal that went in a downward motion? This KILLED my quads in the first five minutes. Completely weird, but I stuck it out for 25 mins then called it quits. I knew I needed to work my legs so that I wasn't incredibly sore in the days to follow. But I was oh so thankful for making myself go! It's obviously another exercis...

Running Nonstop: New Gym and a Recipe
http://running-nonstop.blogspot.com/2012/04/new-gym-and-recipe.html
Wednesday, April 25, 2012. New Gym and a Recipe. Elliptical 30min, Bi's, Tri's, Shoulders, side leglifts, mega stretching, foam rolling. If I had not been taking the picture, my side would have been saying. Getting closer and closer to that knee every day and getting better! I stomped my foot and. I was SO happy to be able to go somewhere other than the teeny tiny apartment gym we have. And I must say that I have never seen so many pieces of cardio equipment in my life! So on to the recipe! Brown pork ch...

Running Nonstop: Self Diagnosis
http://running-nonstop.blogspot.com/2012/04/self-diagnosis.html
Tuesday, April 24, 2012. I have come to the conclusion that my knee hates me. When training for my half marathon last summer, I had knee pain that would KILL me after long runs. Well of course after I stopped all the running, I never had trouble. I'm not sure if I jumped back in to it all too fast or what, but I have a pissed off knee again. I immediately came home and started stretching, and talking with Megan. About her similar problem that she is recovering from. Thank you for being so much help!

Running Nonstop: Rest Day?
http://running-nonstop.blogspot.com/2012/04/rest-day.html
Thursday, April 5, 2012. I decided to stay inside today because I wanted a day off from the gym and running and it was suppose to be raining some. Yeah it didn't at all and the sun is shining with blue sky. Anyway- I had no intentions of exercising today, but ended up giving in. I found this home exercise thing on pinterest. Pinterest. I told my Mother-in-law several months ago that I didn't have time to get addicted. This is why. Oops. Back to running in the AM! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Running Nonstop: Just Call Me Betty freakin Crocker
http://running-nonstop.blogspot.com/2012/04/just-call-me-betty-freakin-crocker.html
Sunday, April 22, 2012. Just Call Me Betty freakin Crocker. Now that I am married, I have to think about someone other than myself. to be fair. I can't expect to be lazy and get called when dinner is ready anymore. Lately, I have been attempting easy things and giving my hubby a break from the kitchen after work. He LOVES to cook, but I love the satisfaction of hearing the words "T. Hat was really good". That spells s.u.c.c.e.s.s. for me. First, we have Crispy Cheddar Chicken. From the amazing cook, Jamie.
