Leaving Fear, Finding Life. Exposing Myself – No not like that. So in accordance with my new therapist, I have to expose myself. My first, highly incorrect, thought came in a wave of confusion. It turns out she had been talking about CBT for a good ten minutes. Luckily she managed to say cognitive behavioral therapy not long after my mind walked back into the room. So I didn’t have to admit I didn’t know what CBT was and what the juice she was talking about. Applying for a job. Talking about my work.
