My 30lb in 30 days challenge. Thursday, 2 July 2009. Tired tired tired. Busy day today. Very busy day tomorrow. So no time for chit chat today, children. My weight has dropped another pound to 254.5 which makes it 15.5 lbs lost since Day 1. My shape is starting to noticeably change. Jazia's 30lbs in 30days challenge. Monday, June 29, 2009. My apologies for not blogging over the weekend. I have completed week 1 of my 30 in 30 with Dax. But here is an update to where I am thus far:. Weight 200 (lost 5 lbs). Waist 35 (lost 3 inches). Arms 14 ( 1 in.). Calves 15 (-1 in.). There was not much change in inches.
