Week 6 A busy week and good news. This week was another tough week where I upped my distance again. Today passed really quickly. A busy day at work meant I never missed exercise at all today.I am starting to look forward to rest days. Plan 5.5 miles easy run. Plan 45 min bike 15 min hard. Plan Swim 85 lengths.

Monday, 4 May 2015. The last 5 weeks. I took a few days off running over Easter so I could get on and dig my allotment over, get some plants put in, seeds sown.
