Monday, 4 May 2015. The last 5 weeks. I took a few days off running over Easter so I could get on and dig my allotment over, get some plants put in, seeds sown. Then I had pink eye so there was no gym or running for a week but I was lucky to get the Easter handicap done before my break. I got back on the exercise within the last 2 week. Monday, May 04, 2015. In between the normal club sessions and Thursday night forest runs -. Gribdale Gallop Fell Race. A tough course, managed to go wrong on the route, but not by much. The HM55 was my A-race for this year so I feel like I can relax a little. I have a whole summer of shorter races to look forward to in the form of the Harrogate League and the Esk Valley summer series. So, how did the race go?
