Tuesday, October 4, 2011. Back to the living. My dad passed away five days after my mom. I have legally adopted all 3 of my beautiful children. We are a (mostly) happy family of 5 learning to navigate this world with 2 moms and 2 differnt skin tones. it is not as easy as it should be. My mother-in-law finally accepts me. Thursday, February 16, 2012. To say I've been busy lately is an understatement. Life has been moving along at break neck speed and I'm tyring to keep up withall the changes! We are (I repeat ARE) finally in the new house! The next morning all the kids came back over for breakfast and I got to use my first ever dining room! Two weeks later my youngest daughter and her hubby produced a beautiful 7lb 6 oz princess they named Shea. My first grandaughter and I am totally and indescribably in love with her!
