Yum, that smells good! Thursday, October 28, 2010. 2 lbs of stewing beef cut into same size pieces. 2 stalks celery, chopped. 4 carrots peeled and chopped. 1 small can tomato paste. 2-3 baking potatoes, peeled and cubed. 1 box of broth. 1 packet of onion soup mix. Dash of garlic salt. Put beef cubes, onion soup mix, garlic salt, and seasoning into crock pot. Put tomato paste in and mix until all of beef cubes are coated evenly. Toss celery, carrots and potatoes on top of beef. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Tuesday, May 28, 2013. 2 Tbs olive oil. 1 red bell pepper, seeds and ribs removed and chopped. 3 garlic cloves, minced. 3 Tbs chili powder. 2 Tbs of your favorite mixed seasoning. 2 tsp dried oregano. 1 cup vegetable stock/broth. 1 or 2 cans red kidney beans, drained and rinsed. 1 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes. 1 4oz can diced mild green chilies. 2 Tbs tomato paste. Yum, that smells good! Friday, March 19, 2010. Salmon with Asparagus Foil packet. Spray two sheets of foil with Pam spray or use non-stick foil packets. Clean and pop off stems of asparagus. Evenly on each sheet of foil. Put thawed out salmon fillets on top of asparagus. Sprinkle seasoning over top. Put approx. 1/4 cup of sun-dried tomatoes on top of Salmon. I use the packed in olive oil tomatoes that I bought at Costco. Then drizzle a Tbs. of balsamic vinaigrette over each fillet. We LOVE this meal!

WOW it smells so good! 1 large onion, thinly sliced. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tsp dried thyme. 1 tsp fennel seeds. 1 tsp ground pepper. 1 cup dry white wine. Or replace wine with 1 cup chicken broth mixed with 1 Tbs. lemon juice). 1 28- ounce can tomatoes, with juice, coarsely chopped. 10 chicken thighs ( approx. 4 lbs) skinless and trimmed of fat.
