Tales of two friends, raising families and running through life. Monday, April 30, 2012. Week Thirteen for Jess:. Monday: Yoga (last day of Get Fresh! Thursday: 6 miles speed work. Week Twelve for Jess:(fourth week of the Get Fresh Challenge. I just ran my 10 miler a few hours ago (Sunday night). It was slow, steady, and just what I needed to build my confidence. This week's long run is my last before tapering. I am feeling a little pain in my hip, yoga seems to help but I'm nervous! Mon- 5 mile run.

Trying To Run This. Thursday, June 27, 2013. NSV and Cleanse Results. I survived the Advocare Ten Day Cleanse and stayed on track EVERY SINGLE DAY! This is huge for me!
