http://julesday.blogspot.com/2015/05/bonejaw.html
Thursday, May 28, 2015. This will be my goofy 6 year old’s new nickname, among many others. But I like the story that is attached to this peticular nickname. I am not totally sure on the sequence of events. Julie can edit and clarify, I suck at accurate details. Yeah, I was confused too. But even if the tooth is going to fall out later, it has the possibility to infect the growing adult tooth, and other problems. So, it seems like she does not have very strong teeth. So seeing what looks like...Shadow Hi...

Wonderfully Unanticipated: June 2013

Musings from the Mama of a transracial, transcultural family created through open adoption. Sunday, June 23, 2013. Other times, I wanted to be more Filipino too! Like the times I'd run into a Tagalog speaking person and could understand everything he or she said to me. but could only respond in very very broken Tagalog. And when I visited the Philippines. I was clearly American, even without speaking a word! Who knows. the clothes, the attitude? That's right, SPAM. I reached for chicken noodle, which was...

Musings from the Mama of a transracial, transcultural family created through open adoption. Saturday, June 22, 2013. Starting a new chapter. I'm Kit, a wife and mother of two awesome little boys, who came into our lives through open adoption. My husband and I chronicled the adoption journeys to our two sons in KristinaMikeAdopt.blogspot.com. These little guys amaze me every single day! And she inspired me to continue. Thus, I begin this new blog! So here begins a new chapter. View my complete profile.

http://julesday.blogspot.com/2015/06/5-30-15-just-saturday.html
Monday, June 01, 2015. 5-30-15 Just A Saturday. Waking up together. Mike left early to set up for a wedding, so we three girls had the morning all to ourselves. Lovely drawers sorted, sized, and folded. I'm loving "The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up". It's joyful. Tried an Egg Scramble: eggs, heap of quinoa, cheddar cheese, dollop of sour cream. By the Fistful. Yumm. Evie's most anticipated summer activity- crafts with Mom. :-). Finally got my Summer hair-do. Brooke rocked it for me. I Pink I Love You?

http://julesday.blogspot.com/2015/06/no-mom-i-can-stop-when-i-want-to.html
Wednesday, June 17, 2015. No, Mom, I can stop when I want to! This last weekend we joined Jake and Kim at Yuba lake. They had the Boat out, and the floating island out. Evie had so much fun in the water. She also got supper muddy. That is how you know you had fun. Somehow nothing came out of the cup, but she still tried. I love this picture. Super pretty and picturesque. Then we have, Drunk Baby. Baby, you are Drunk, go home. Our little drunk was so tired, she feel asleep within 10 min of leaving.

Staycation? Nope, not us! Last weekend, we had what has now become a tradition at our place- our second annual luau and pig roast! Kit's Dad acquired a Cajun roasting oven from New Orleans some years ago and he has perfected the art of roasting whole pork! We had such a good time! Yay we made it! This week remind...

Life with The Pullmans: January 2015
http://julesday.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html
Tuesday, January 13, 2015. Lela loves her baths now that she's old enough to sit and play. We snuck one in while Evie went to her Hope Tram gymnastics class tonight. :D. Links to this post. Lela was born to laughter. Catching her head bare-handed, the Dr. asked me to give him one good push. I was startled. Push? 3 days late, 7 hours into induced labor, water broken on it's own, and 30 minutes of waiting for a Dr. to break the speed limit as he rushed up, out of breath, to deliver me- and there she was.
