Il vino e Orvieto. Tra vigna e cantina. Orvieto D.O.C. Classico secco. Ottimo come simpatico e allegro aperitivo, si abbina bene ad antipasti di terra o di mare e in generale ai primi piatti. Tributo ad una delle tre famiglie contadine che si prendevano cura dei poderi su questa collina già agli inizi dell’Ottocento e che per generazioni hanno coltivato le varietà dell’Orvieto DOC. Terreni di origine vulcanica, collinari, posti a 280-330 m s.l.m. esposizione a sud-est. Età dei vigneti. Dai 6 ai 25 anni.
