It has, thus far, been glorious, but not always so glamorous (anyone married for more than a couple years will know what I mean). 8220;Crackerjack” is an old word that means “wonderful”. It's a crackerjack life. October 4, 2015. To celebrate our 12 year anniversary, i surprised peter with a little overnight stay in Sundance Square – one of our favorite local places to hang out. the weather was absolute perfection! I’m so thankful to have 36 hours of no agendas or schedules to keep. that alone was a vacation! It was a sweet and refreshing weekend, much, much needed.🙂. First stop was the Botanic Gardens. I just love this guy! And can you believe he’s lost 30 lbs since january? Oh daisy...

We got to take him on an actual train ride last week for his birthday. He was in awe! I tried my best to capture some shots beforehand, but three year olds aren’t so great at sitting still so I had a limited amount of in-focus photos. Seems fitting.
