Skip to secondary content. 2015年5月9日的大连马拉松大马，是我参加的第二次全马比赛，两年前还长得难以想象的42.195公里，如今已是我乐于去挑战的赛程，这样的转变，真有些神奇。从这张赛程分析表的上升下降数据可以看出，大马赛道确实起起伏伏十分频繁，平路段很少，这样的赛道难度较大，不容易跑出好成绩，我遇到四位比我实力强很多的跑友，都未能实现预期目标。这套方法以配速为基本的训练指标不使用心率，具体作法是根据5分钟跑确定的基准配速，来对应各种跑法的目标配速，应用到每一次训练中去。大马现场我的准备还是比较细致的随身携带了多只能量胶，盐丸则要感谢徐军和秦海的支持，根据以往经验来及时安排了能量和盐分的补充几乎每个水站我都进站去喝上一口，确保水分补充到位返程遇到右腿出状况，及时进医疗站接受医疗帮助，对我找回状态起到了至关重要的帮助。首先要提到的是这样两本书天生就会跑、跑步，该怎样跑，前者使我认识到普通人也可以练出长跑，帮助我树立了跑步信心，后者则引导我掌握一种科学合理的跑步技术姿势跑。
