Why is it that whenever we think of doing something, there is a negative, annoying voice that pops out of nowhere that starts talking to me? It’s the inner critic which will show you all negative possibilities like - What are you going to do? You will fail. You will become a fool. Etc., etc.,. What if they don’t respond to my ‘hello’.
