After reading a friend's blog today, I realized that I have found myself in a bout of laziness when it comes to training for running my first 5k in July. Although I still intend to do that, I have not been training like I should. I walked almost everyday when I was pregnant. Yes! I was so lazy for 9 months and it showed! I hated the way I looked!
