The age old fair and lively ads along with the new ones - Vivel's fairness beauty cream , Emami "fair and handsome" ('the mardon ka fairness cream') , Garnier's new fairness facewash - there seem to be far too many fairness enhancing products in the market which makes you wonder if "fairness" (that of color) is truly important .
