Life with the Hardman's. Saturday, November 12, 2011. Well today was an interesting day. One I hope not to repeat. I woke up this morning horribly ill. I was puking, I had diarrhea. I was shaking. My stomach pains were terrible and I developed back pain as well. And even though I had a horrible day, I learned that I'm blessed. After sitting there for a few hours, the doc came in and told me I have a gastrointestinal virus. Holy moly! I do not recommend EVER having this! Stay away from anyone that has it!

Friday, August 2, 2013. I Ate Pancakes with a Spoon. I tried another Paleo recipe. This one called for eggs, which I am allergic to. So I substituted with one of my favorite substitutes. Unfortunately, this did not work too well and even after the batter was burning, it never formed into a pancake. Do I removed it from the skillet and ate it with a spoon. Monday, March 31, 2014. Run From the Cops! Well, I haven't posted in a while. Maybe that is an understatement! I started training for my annual Run From the Cops, a couple weeks ago. So far, I am doing horrible. Last year, if I remember correctly, I ran 3.1 miles in about 33 minutes. That is not bad at all. So I admit it. I have not been running like I should throughout the winter. Things are looking up. the snow is melting and I got out the bicycle last night. Sally was happy about that. The Rest of 2015.
