Actually, it feels like we haven't stopped since! The 30th of April in Mexico is "Día del Niño". We always celebrate with a children's party at the church - piñata, cake, games, music. Iglesia Vida Nueva. Held their kids' party the first Saturday of May in the village of Tecomate, a suburb of Guasave. God is so good!

Every month men from the Vida Nueva congregations gather for a time of fellowship. April's meeting was held at our house. About 40 men of all ages gathered for a time of food, fellowship and worship. Having a pool table, foosball table and a basketball hoop are all great draws for youth ministry.and men's ministry, too! Our friend Julio was happy that we got the pool table set up again.

Was saying what I wanted to say, and actually making sense. My writing is horrendous, so I was printing and trying to do my best to make it look like the work of someone much older than six yet much younger than 106. It actually looked kinda not horrible. Homeschooling with a purpose. Gettin’ Our Groove (back) On. We’re not early risers around here. I could have her up and being productive by 9:00, and maybe I should, but insert whiny voice I don’t wanna! And Eden had to keep shushing me because I’d get so irate at. Most of the parents that I’d start yelling at the TV. And of course, our favorite, Brain Games. Then science or history, piano, reading and done for the day. Goals for the rest of the year.
