Here's to a fun summer and looking forward to a great school year! Wednesday, August 6, 2014. Summer is sliding away. Only one and a half more weeks before school starts! Sam and Lily have been battling a fever/cough for the last week. I think Lily has won her battle, Sam has not. Hoping he will feel better soon so he can enjoy the rest of his summer!

Our neighbors and carpool buddies have gone! We will miss the silly girls! Best wishes to them in sunny Albuquerque. We've had a few spurts of winter weather lately. Where life and love intersect. Thursday, September 18, 2014. Maybe a long post, maybe not. Definitely a long overdue post. Now since school has started, we have begun to get into our routines. I'm working 4 morning a week. After school we have activities: swimming, dance, cub scouts, church, etc. Lily is doing well. On her progress report her teacher wrote, "She is such a lady! Haha, a bossy lady perhaps. She didn't want to swim this year but she is happy that she is back in dance with her two besties.

John got a snuggie in the gift exchange. His life is now complete. A couple of brave babysitters. A house that is still standing and actually cleaner than before we left! Despite rough losses, he kept at it. He studied and took home top prize this year! Mrs Hudson, literacy teacher of the top 2. Bryce, one of Sam's biggest fans. Matt and Shane proud of their friend!
