Thing is, there are a few more steps in preparing this meal than usual but it is well worth it. For Christmas my dearest hubby bought me a Sansaire Sous Vide machine – http:/ sansaire.com. Which is awesome I must add. So without further adieu, here is my recipe for today. 1/3 cup chopped sundried tomatoes. 1/4 cup chopped nuts (I used macadamia and almonds).

Yummy, wholesome and comforting food. I have tried to sous vide a sirloin steak before but found that it was similar to when I just cook it on a griddle pan. Fredag 4 juni 2010. Entiendo nada. Men det kvittar för idag har jag på arbetstid hittat fina bloggar. Säger jag. Är på jakt efter en fin blandare. Det här är min favorit än så länge. Men efter att vi sprängde budgeten totalt med en underlimmad Intra ho i onsdags, så letar jag nu efter en lite mer prisvärd blandare. Nästa del i projektet är kakel, lack eller glasskiva och tapet/färg. Funderar om man kanske skulle ha en svart kant längst med bänkskivan och vitt på väggarna. Hmm.
