Tuesday, May 17, 2011. Back in April we spent a Saturday at Science Central, which is a cool kids place in Fort Wayne. They have all sorts of exhibits for kids, magnets, math, sceince experiments, moon walking and other cool stuff for kids to do. We had a really fun time! I can't remember the name of the dinosaur pictured here, but Macy thought it was pretty cool! This is the tide pool. There were star fish and hermit crabs, various fish and snails. Wednesday, June 9, 2010. We spent Friday with the Blume girls. We did the zoo and then lunch at the Dog 'n Suds. We had a ton of fun seeing animals, eating and playing around. There's never enough time for family and we treasure every fun moment! Bill, the male lion at the zoo, had cozied right up next to the glass. The kids are probably just a couple of inches away - pretty cool! If only he'd looked our way. Ina, the female lion, is in the background. Sophie had fun hiding everyone's shoes!

Wednesday, April 30, 2014. This past weekend we went to not one but two tournaments. Alexander scored 4 medals and did a pretty good job along with the rest if the team. And, as usual, we had an awesome time with our karate family! Tuesday, April 29, 2014. Today we had to make a very difficult decision to put our friend and companion Sonny to sleep. Sonny was 9 1/2 years old.I've had him since he was 12 weeks old! There was rarely a fruit he didn't like (except bananas). Good memories that's for sure!
