Some of my friends and family have asked how Vanessa is doing and how she handled everything and this is the best way to describe it, plus a little of me thinking out loud. Which gets me thinking. The Doctor's weren't lying when they said the 3rd and 4th day of recovery are the worst, along with day 10. Day 3 and 4 were horrible for Ness. She didn't want to do much of anything. Madi taking pictures to pass the time. The pre-op play area! Thank goodness for this, we would have been in trouble without it. Getting ready to take her wagon ride to the operating room. The anastesiologist resident who came to get her. In recovery after we had gotten her all dressed and calmed down. What an intense, crazy 48 hour period!

A great WordPress.com site. January 29, 2013. Week by Week: Weeks 9 & 10. How I Felt: Still gross, still tired. I just wanted to sleep all the time, and thanks to my wonderful business partner and husband, I was able to do so. I’d wake up at 9am, and then take a nap at 11am, work for two more hours and then sleep for two more hours. Cravings: Aside from fast food, I had no cravings at all.
