Fashion history off the runway. The color scheme includes only black, yellow, and white, since the combination results in a bold, bright, and fashion-forward set. Images were intentionally left in grayscale in order to reserve color for the exhibition itself, while featured images were given a yellow background to emphasize the exhibit’s main color. The Hours I Didn’t Sleep. The printed works of one design student. Titled ‘The Hours I Didn’t Sleep’, this book tells the story of my first two years in the Visual Communication Design program at Arizona State University. The binding is a mix of loop stitched signatures, gluing, and cloth tape securing it all together. The raised detail in the cover is a call out to the live area of the pages within. For thirteen years, Candy Cake has been a well-established bakery shop in Puerto Peñasco, México, serving local residents and tourists alike. In 2014, owners decided to expand the menu to include breakfast, lunch, and coffee drinks. Trip to Greece in May 2008 Athens-Andros-Tinos-Mykonos- Paros-Naxos-Santorini-Athens. Sunday, 1 June 2008. MAY 31 - BACK HOME. MAY 30 - ATHENS. Our room is Ok, fairly small, but Athens being a capital city, it is difficult to find a nice and cheap room. We pay 48 € for it, which is OK. The only thing we dislike there is that the hotel manager yells at his staff in front of the clients. Poor staff! Then, we head to the Acropolis, passsing first the Plaka area, very touristy, with many shops and restaurants.
