Tuesday, January 11, 2011. Died a couple of months ago, just before Thanksgiving. He died of a heart attack. He was a wonderful man and I will always remember him as the kindest, most generous person I have ever known. I don't think he ever said an unkind word about anyone. Monday, 5 December 2011. These peppers are very tasty and full of vegetables. I serve them with a little bit of home made pesto and a couple of shavings of parmesan but these could be left out if you wanted to be super healthy or on a bit of a dairy free diet. For the peppers- I serve one pepper per person but Mr B can eat about 3 in one sitting. The recipe here is for four full peppers. 1) 4 large peppers, halved and de seeded. Use red, yellow or orange peppers. 2) 1 large courgette. 9) Handful of basil.

Salmon With Spicy Sauce. June 18, 2014. Add a kick to your salmon. Ingredients: Salmon Fillet, 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil, 2 Crimini Mushrooms, 1 cup Spinach, 1/4 cup White Onion, 2 Chopped Garlic Cloves, 1 ounce Pepper jack Cheese (Optional), 1 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar, Coriander, Slice of Lemon, Franks Red Hot Wings Buffalo Sauce, Tabasco, 2 Tbps. Brown Sugar. Sauce: 2 parts Franks Buffalo Sauce to 1 part Tabasco.
