It's actually a good thing I'm in classes right now because if I had taken them last year as planned I would be without a job and we all know that would mean a lot of stress. Monday, June 10, 2013. This is the size of our garden plot. 10x15. Here in our lovely campus housing complex they have some space allocated for gardening, and when Rachel heard this she jumped right on it and we signed up! We were both a little skeptical at first when we heard the horror stories of the critters that burrow under and eat the roots of the plants, and of the food thieves but we decided to press forward anyway. Then about 3 days later we planted the rest of our garden.

And since Rachel and I are getting married my sisters decided to steal away my fiance for a weekend. 3 nights. Multiple days. Well Sunday morning came, and I was finally reunited with my fiance. Sunday, September 15, 2013. News: The summer has been going great. Rachel and I spent our whole summer in Ann Arbor, with a trip to Niagara falls with Rachel's Mom, a weekend in Lafayette, IN with the Wallins (Jon and Kanien) and the McCanns, and on top of that we also had both of these awesome families visit us in Ann Arbor. Yesterday We went and picked apples! And holy cow they were so good! This is the Palmyra Temple, and it was so beautiful. Part of our trip to Niagara Falls. And the falls themselves.

Tuesday, October 2, 2012. I've been trying, lately, to teach Jack what money is. So far I've been completely unsuccessful. Here's a recent conversation we had. Jack (holding a dime): "Look Mommy!
