Friday, March 23, 2018. I haven't posted here in over a year. I've wanted to. I've had ideas about what to write. I just haven't had that 'oomph' to get me writing. Until now. In January I had decided to add a Whole 30 into the mix. I thought it would help get rid of the 'sugar dragon' that takes over so much of my life. Diet Coke, cookies, reese's cups, m&m's.
