So about a week ago we decided it was time to add another little kitty to the family. Meet Luna. We wanted a name that kind of had something to do with her being all white, but Snowflake has been used one too many times before. We came up with Luna - in Spanish it means, moon. I'm so happy with how it turned out! I found a bunch of old sheet music at random garage and estate sales. Wednesday, March 25, 2009. The Birthday has come and gone. So, my big day has come and gone. I am very fortunate to have such great family and friends to spend the day with! 30 is rough, but I here 33/34 is worse because then I will really be in my 30s. Tuesday night we went to dinner at Ocean Prime. Great seafood and an excellent bottle of wine. Before we went to dinner, I got my presents. I was sooooo excited! All in all, a great week! Wednesday, January 28, 2009. Saturday, January 24, 2009. Movie - Gran Turino. Last night, we went to see Gran Turino. Since I am not a car enthusiast, I had no idea Ford even made a Gran Turino. Great Clint Eastwood movie filmed in Detroit. Last Thursday, I got to try curling. Yeh. I haven't been this sore since my first time at Pure Barre! Sunday, April 26, 2009. Golf Outing for Leukemia and Lymphoma. Yesterday, my dad and I participated in a golf outing to support Pat Watson. A cancer survivor. Her story is incredible and her family is even more incredible. Pat has been in remission for over 5 years and continues to be thankful for each day. For Caleb's birthday he got a lot of legos, and I realized it was time to teach HIM how to follow the directions and build these sets because right now he loves building them and that had meant me or tony building them. November 1, 2012. Abigail isn't quite old enough for trick-or-treating and she doesn't really 'get' it yet but we still had a great time dressing up this year! I have a weakness for animal costumes so Abigail was a zebra this year - she was a lion last year. We celebrated last week at her preschool class party. I made these cute little treat bags for all the kids. As always, we carved pumpkins and this year Abigail could help clean out the 'guts.'. He carved the jack-o-lantern face and I carved the ghost.
