What we can learn from the Las Vegas shooting. October 4, 2017. Filled with so much emotion right now. Scrolling through Facebook tonight and I see the beginning of a slideshow of the victims of the shooting in Las Vegas. Tears. Hurt. I couldn’t continue. Seeing the faces of the victims, some young some old, innocent and celebrating life, sadness and anger grew from my belly. Sadness…. You are responsible for your happiness. September 25, 2017. Doin' It My Way
Doin' It My Way. Getting Healthy and Fit - One Day at a Time. Wednesday, August 5, 2015. As you know I haven’t written a blog post in a few weeks – the reason for this is simple, it's PALEO. I’ve gone Paleo. I’m no longer eating grains of any kind – no wheat, rice, corn etc. None, zero. It’s been 60 days and I gotta tell you I’m feeling great. No calorie counting either which is why no posts. If you’d like to see what helped me make my decision – please check out www.wheatbellyblog.com. Day #32 - PALEO*.
