One woman's journey through a world of books…. I was going to write about a different book at this point, but last night I sat down and started reading. By Cormac McCarthy and could put it down, I read the whole book cover to cover in one sitting! The writing style is very interesting and the lack of some punctuation points seemed very appropriate for the to of the book. In a setting full of emptiness, the emptiness on the page made complete sense to me. I wonder how the movie is going to be? Recommends ...

The older the kids get, the harder it is for all of us to be together and extra difficult to travel somewhere. Our calendars keep getting crazier and crazier. But we made it happen this month, if only for a few days, it was worth it! We spent Labor Day weekend together in Ft. Myers Beach, Florida. Thank you Lord for beautiful beaches!
