We started the day with a trip to McDonald's for breakfast where we shared egg Mcmuffins. Grandma and Grandpa Penfold came out all the way from Florida to celebrate with us. Here, Grandpa read a special book to Carla that he and Grandma recorded themselves. We had burgers, chips and a special Thomas the Train cake for dessert.

He's named after his grandfather and was born on Thursday, February 2, 2012. He weighed 11 pounds, 1 ounce and was 23 inches long. Although he was our biggest baby, his labor and delivery was the easiest! 5015 grams = 11 pounds, 1 ounce. 15 inch head = smallest of all the kids! Daddy said he liked having his hair washed.
