Friday, March 26, 2010. Hitting the pavement: 2010. I'm back on the road running again and it felt great. I've also begun the 100 pushup, situp, squat challenge stuff again this week. My sore muscles feel good! Anyway, here is what Janell and I did today. My body felt great running, too (although my heart rate is too high). Of course, I couldn't fall asleep last night and was awake an hour before I needed to get up, so we'll see if I can make it through the day without a nap. Monday, January 11, 2010.

Tuesday, November 24, 2009. I realized that I never said anything after my last run. My shin splints were so bad (hence me needing to run so slow and walk a lot) that I've decided to take a running break until spring. Of course, I'd have to do that unless I had a gym membership or wanted to run in freezing weather and snow. I do plan to put my running shoes on in St. George this week, but I'll probably just walk. Despite my weight being up 1/2 a pound today, I still feel like I'm seeing some results.  Hopefully my exercise stuff is something I can work at being better about when obstacles arise, and I'm hoping some of my snacking has to do with my period being about to start.  I definitely don't want to lose momentum now! Monday, October 12, 2009. I had to run with a head lamp half of the run today. We started out on the trail, but it was spooky, so we got off at the first chance. We weren't as speedy as I had hoped, but I'm just glad that Janell's patient with me and my need to stop and walk on occasion. Sunday, March 3, 2013. This and that, with a whole lot of work and sleep deprivation in between. Things have been incredibly busy here at our house. I feel like I work my brains out trying to balance accounting, tax and customer support work along with being a wife, mother and all of the responsibilities that entails.
