I just started running in November 2011 and let me tell you, I use the term "running" very liberally. It literally took me 30min to "run" a mile when I started. Lunch - 2 scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, banana, 1 tbsp almond butter, 15 raspberries, 5 blackberries. Dinner - Salad with cucumber, tomatoes, smoked salmon, ham, 1 egg, potato, broccoli, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and parmesan cheese. Workout - 30 minutes stairmaster and call me maybe squat challenge! I forgot about that beauty…. To become a healthier me! Designed by Artur Kim.
