Each guideline is important and with practice we can make a daily habit of each one. Liquids - the guideline 6 glasses per day. What Counts: all liquid except alcoholic beverages, including milk, juice, water, seltzer, diet soft drinks, coffee or tea. The best choice is water. Healthy Oils - the guideline: 2 teaspoons daily.

Just another HCG weight loss blog. Today my weight is 156.8. That’s 1.olbs less than yesterday and a total of 11.4lbs lost so far. Wow Worst. Blogger. Ever. It’s been a week since I’ve posted, mostly because I’ve also been the worst hCG dieter ever. I had a major cheat this weekend, and although I only gained a pound from it, I may have extended this stupid stall I’ve been experiencing.
