Fun on the beach. Tuesday, 12 May 2015. We're having a lovely if somewhat breezy time here in Northumberland. I love it here. The beaches are just stunning and empty. The dogs LOVE it cos there are sand martins flying every evening so they run around like mad things. We have walked for miles, golfed in a howling gale (exhausting) and eaten and drunk like people who know no limits! Friday, 6 September 2013. Goodness, 2 months have passed. It was all going very well indeed, up until about 2 weeks ago. We went on a lovely camping trip to the Yorkshire Dales, when I also thought I was in the early stages of pregnancy too. I'm not, by the way. Monday, 22 June 2015. Today I was 12st.11.5lb. 3 lbs in 12 days. Pretty good going really, but I have been a saint. I've been keeping my calories between 1100 and 1350 and I've been attempting. To run a few times a week, as well as walking and yoga. I know I probably won't be able to sustain 1100 cals a day for too long- for me (and possibly anyone) it's not enough. But I just needed to get off to a solid start, see the weight coming down again. Wednesday, 10 June 2015. And now we're in June- crikey!
