Today, Jay and I received the LONG awaited news that the Liberian Moratorium has been lifted. I was beyond happy, I cried (happy tears) and then I immediately felt overwhelmed with doubt and fear. It’s a simple answer really- and that is because we have so much Love for Lucy! Just look at that smile! We’ve always wanted to adopt and when the opportunity presented itself through many factors (Jay’s brother, Mitch, adopting two boys from Liberia, and then Jay had the opportunity to travel with Mitch to Liberia twice to do some philanthropic work there) we decided that it was going to happen.
