We burn a magnificent amount of bridges in the course of a lifetime. People exit our lives just as quickly as they entered. Due to some sort of something, big or small, communication was severed. The reason can be as simple or complex as you like,. But in spite of it all they are gone. I always wonder about the could-have-beens. Those who slipped through the cracks. Those whose potential was never learned. Those who i won't ever see or meet again. The ones i didn't even give a fighting chance.

I miss Sarah and the weird faces she makes. I miss Lauryn and speaking like Old Gregg to her. I miss watching Grey's Anatomy with Kam Kam, Say, and LC. I miss all of Angi. I don't miss my classes. I don't miss Kulakoff. I don't miss the lack of sleep. I don't miss the academic part of college.

The people who read this have probably already heard about my trip in detail, so I'm not going to take the time to write about it. Not that I'm extremely busy or anything, I just don't really want to. I move back to school in 4 days. I'm really curious how this semester is going to play out since my experience with each semester is so drastically different. The classes can be different. I'm cool with that.

One of my favorite things is listening to people right after they have had their picture taken. As soon as the flash goes off, the same chorus comes from every mouth:. Oh my gosh, I was like.". Saturday, January 9, 2010. I can remember being 7 or 8 and complaining to my dad that the school year was going by so slow. He told me that the older you get the faster time seems to go. That has definitely resonated with me lately. It's hard to believe that Tegan will turn 9 months old next week. Before we know it, he'll be celebrating his first birthday! And not long after that, we'll be celebrating the arrival of another Lauseng. Here is the first sonogram picture when I was about 5 or 6 weeks along.
