Saturday, January 9, 2010. I can remember being 7 or 8 and complaining to my dad that the school year was going by so slow. He told me that the older you get the faster time seems to go. That has definitely resonated with me lately. It's hard to believe that Tegan will turn 9 months old next week. Before we know it, he'll be celebrating his first birthday! And not long after that, we'll be celebrating the arrival of another Lauseng. Here is the first sonogram picture when I was about 5 or 6 weeks along.

Thursday, September 3, 2009. Tegan had his 4 month check up today. Dr. Woodall was very impressed with how big he was, in the 95th percentile for both height and weight. I had guessed that he was 20 pounds and 30 inches- I wasn't too far off. Tegan's already 19 pounds and 2 ounces; 27 1/2 inches long! It's so amazing that he's grown so much and is already wearing his 12 month clothes. Dr. Woodall teased that he would have to call Bill Snyder to keep an eye on this one :). Friday, October 23, 2009. A lot has happened in the last two months! He's sitting up on his own for long periods of time now. His favorite time to do this is in the bathtub when he can throw his hands down into the water to make splashes. I got a new job. I'll still be working for the hospital, but I will be working full-time as an office manager for one of the hospital-owned doctors.
