LOVE Run 2011- my run across iowa! Tuesday, June 28, 2011. Day 7: Pamper Jeanelle Day :). First of all, I just have to say how much I enjoyed the yoga at Grinnell Heritage Farm last night. What a beautiful location and such an awesome community. We practiced in a grassy area overlooking a pond.the sky was blue with puffy white clouds, just enough of a breeze to keep the bugs away, and we had an audience of goats! But we woke with the sun shining and birds singing! So she's started now, that's for sure.

LOVE Run 2011- my run across iowa! Friday, July 8, 2011. It has now been a whole week since I sat with my feet in the Mississippi on my final day of the LOVE run, and I am happy to say that I am definitely feeling most of the way recovered! Last night was the first night I slept through the night without aching legs waking me up. YAY! I didn't have to take any ibuprofen nor did I have to put my legs up the wall at midnight.
