I was really craving Risotto today so I came up with what I wanted to be in it and just read a recipe on how to make risotto and just incorporated all the ingredients to it. I hope everyone enjoys it. We sure did. Sorry I havent been blogging, I've been really really busy and really not cooking much at home! Baked in the oven for 25 minutes on 375 degrees. 1 1/2 cup arborio rice. 1/2 cup white wine. 6 cups chicken broth.

Thursday, April 24, 2014. The Easter Bunny arrived! The Easter fun started with a spring lunch at Carson's preschool. Friday, Easter weekend, Carson and I colored eggs for the Easter Bunny. Saturday, we went to an egg hunt at my parent's neighborhood. All of Carson's friends came with and the kids had a blast hunting eggs. Afterwards, they played an egg toss and then an egg relay. Tuesday, June 3, 2014. Last day of preschool. Recently, we said goodbye to preschool. Technically, he will still be in preschool, but now he will be in the VPK program, going to school everyday, getting ready for kindergarten. We had wonderful teachers the past 2 years and absolutely love his school.
