I was really craving Risotto today so I came up with what I wanted to be in it and just read a recipe on how to make risotto and just incorporated all the ingredients to it. I hope everyone enjoys it. We sure did. Sorry I havent been blogging, I've been really really busy and really not cooking much at home! Baked in the oven for 25 minutes on 375 degrees. 1 1/2 cup arborio rice. 1/2 cup white wine. 6 cups chicken broth.
