Monday, January 25, 2010. Saturday, January 9, 2010. Yesterday was Day 8. Yesterday was the hardest time I've had as far as motivation to exercise. But, I did it anyway. 10 minutes stretching, a 28 minute low to moderate cardio/core workout and 10 minute cooldown. I kicked butt.I sweat my butt off and I hit moves that I haven't yet been able to hit! I felt accomplished and great after that workout! 8 days down, 23 to go! Wednesday, January 6, 2010. Have been working more again and not logging in again, but I keep trying. Happy Thanksgiving. I have much to be thankful for. Saturday, January 9, 2010. Yesterday was Day 8. Yesterday was the hardest time I've had as far as motivation to exercise. Saturday, November 14, 2009. Happy World Diabetes Day. Going blue today for World Diabetes Day 2009. I will be participating in The Big Blue Test. I'll be wearing blue while I do it too! This year's theme for World Diabetes Day is Diabetes Education and Prevention. Breakfast: Leftover eggplant/mushroom lasagna (yummy) post-meal 102. Lunch: 2 homemade sausage patties and an orange; pre-meal 91; post-meal 112. Dinner tonight out with my husband. We are trying to go on more dates. Big Blue Test Results.

Saturday, November 14, 2009. Big Blue Test Results. So I participated in World Diabetes Day by wearing blue AND taking The Big Blue Test. At 2:00 pm I was at 132 (after eating berries for my afternoon snack). After 14 minutes of stepping with hand-weights, I am at 106! Just goes to show how exercise can affect your blood sugar. Lunch - wasn't hungry and was running high (ate some SF candy that my daughter made for Christmas last night) so only had 1 oz. cheese, NSA pickles. Snack - Pork rinds.
