This is other use for my microwave buns. 1 tbsp of coconut flour. 1 tbsp of psyllium husk. 1/4 tsp of Italian seasoning. 1/4 tsp of baking powder. 2 1/2 tbsp of water. Grated cheese ( I prefer aged cheddar cheese). 1/4 tsp of garlic powder. Heat a nonstick pan in a medium heat. Microwave for 2 minutes. Take out from the plate.

I was experimenting in the kitchen with my lowcarb pancakes ( recipe is also here in the blog) that I thought of frying it, I had to adjust and play with the consistency to get the batter thicken for this purpose. About 1 tbsp of cinnamon powder. 1 tbsp of sweetener of choice.
