After roasting a leg of lamb, take the drippings and combine with water and flour roux and create some lamb gravy. Pour into small pot and set aside. Peel a large eggplant. Baked okra, sliced. Stock, recipe follows. Shrimp heads reserved for stock. Cleaned crab and chopped into chunks. Coat a large saucepan with oil and cook the onions until translucent. Add the garlic, bell peppers, and okra. Add the roux and mix thoroughly to pick up all the excess oil in the pot.
