Living out my travel dream…. Today I visited Passport Health and purchased mosquito spray for my clothes, and picked up my script for docyclycline for malaria prevention. From there I went to my primary care doctor and bravely took my last Hep A shot and some other basic health care. I had my Polio booster and Typhoid back in December before my last trip. I’ll make sure I’ve got my PeptoBismo and I’m all set. Other inspiring books I’ve read/listened to lately are. Kes and Ladders: Glimpses of India.

Monday, July 30, 2012. After a year of settling in to Santa Barbara, we are finally beginning to hear about SB events before. They take place (rather than after). This weekend we enjoyed going to Greek Fest. We ate yummy gyros and other Greek desserts. Well, it's the final day of our holiday, and after finishing off most of our packing we went for breakfast in the 50's diner up the street. Still being watched by the police.
