Friday, February 14, 2014. This is why I hate Valentine's Day. I've never been a fan of Valentine's Day but it seems like we, as a society, have gone a little crazy over this "holiday." Sunday, January 20, 2013. Today, we experienced a hiccup in the ebb and flow of our wonderful lives. Isaac has recently learned how to download music onto an mp3 player. I am constantly warning him to check the lyrics before he downloads.or he will pay the price. As I walked up the stairs this afternoon, I overheard a choice word come blaring out of a device. Wednesday, December 26, 2012. Christmas at our house was wonderful. As usual, the kids were spoiled and David and I questioned Santa's sanity. He left a messy bunch of footprints and waaay too many presents. Aside from his poor manners, we feel so blessed to be able to enjoy a great Christmas together and see the smiles on each other's faces. Our holiday in a nutshell, began with some pre Christmas-cookie making and treat delivering. We attended our annual Prestwich Christmas Party. It snowed, finally!
