http://maileisblogyay.blogspot.com/2008/11/do-science-fair-projects-teach-science.html
Monday, November 24, 2008. Do science fair projects teach science? But learning about your topic (the specifics of it) IS learning science. As teachers, we are more concerned with students actually learning a CONCEPT rather than just enough to pass the test or to "get by". If students take the time, they will learn concepts and ideas that are life long. Science fair projects teach you how to process information, document data, and improves your critical thinking skills. November 27, 2008 at 8:54 AM.

Wednesday, September 9, 2009. Sunday, September 6, 2009. Anecdotes 1 and 2. Every summer my Dad would take me and my sister to go out camping and jet skiing. He put much effort into doing things for us. Such as taking control of all the packing and unpacking. I look back and realize he did it most himself. he worked most of the time, so it was nice to have those few days with just him. He always made time for his kids. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
