Thursday, April 7, 2011. I've started running again, and I participate in ultimate frisbee most Saturday mornings. This Saturday, however, I'll be playing in my first softball game in like.decades.(wish me luck! I love the physical activity. It makes me feel alive and clearheaded. Wednesday, December 29, 2010. This is Dixie, Ayden and Vera. Ayden has the biggest heart of any little boy I've ever met. Monday, February 13, 2012. Posting for posting sake. I've had a few requests over the last couple of months, that I start blogging again. {I'm so flattered that I actually had 3 people reading my posts! Thursday, May 12, 2011. So, I moved into a new place equipped with a full sized rottweiler. No big deal. I had fleas for a week. No big deal. Just held my first dance recital. No big deal. Wednesday, June 30, 2010. Saturday, June 12, 2010. I've found a new obsession: Bikram Yoga. Ever heard of it? How about "hot" yoga? Well, sort of, actually. There are hot yogas that aren't of the Bikram persuasion.) Anyways. I've been practicing yoga for years, and I love it. I am of the belief that yoga heals the body of its ailments through breathing exercises and inversion poses. In my opinion, everybody can benefit and should practice yoga, even children. I like to torture myself. A BLOG ABOUT LOVE.
